Selland’s opening is something to nosh about

Three generations of Sellands gathered in El Dorado Hills over the weekend for the opening of Selland'€™s Market Café in Town Center. Chef and front-man Randal Selland, center, presided over a three-day VIP soft opening, with lots of help from his family, including daughter-in-law and marketing manager Gina Nelson, left, grandson Owen Nelson and partner and step-son Josh Nelson, right.
