"The community is involved in an overall effort to reduce our waste. That's a good thing. Once you start recycling it becomes easier. If there's an incentive like this, then we'll see less in the landfills. I think we can all feel good about that. The diversion rate will almost certain rise over the next year or two, so we're ahead of the game."
