Accidental shooting ends EDH woman’s life

An El Dorado Hills woman died after an accidental shooting in a Carmichael apartment Saturday. Joslynn Ledezma Sovenski, 18, went to Oak Ridge High School and, according to her Facebook profile, worked at Togo’s in Cameron Park. Smoked in: Butte Fire leaves El Dorado County in a haze

Though the Butte Fire has not burned one inch of land in El Dorado County, it’s effecting everyone who lives here. Thick smoke has replaced blue sky, forcing sporting event cancellation and limiting visibility.
