Former El Dorado Hills Community Services District general manager Wayne Lowery takes his place on the CSD Board of Directors with incumbents Bill Vandegrift and Tony Rogozinski reelected in November. The men will each serve a four-year term. Noelle Mattock and Guy Gertsch are the other two CSD directors.
