A Sacramento man pleaded guilty Thursday to robbing several banks throughout the region, including two in El Dorado County. John Raymond Porter, 43, the “Goat-Man Bandit,” pleaded guilty to serial bank robbery as part of a plea agreement with the Department of Justice.
