He who has an ear let him hear what the Spirit say’s;

“You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” If you bite and devour each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.
So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.
“For whom the Son (Jesus Christ) sets free is free indeed!” As we now live Life by the Spirit and Walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit.

Like I said before, these EDH board members are nothing but “big fish in a small pond.” Sac-State and Chico are not exactly known for educating geniuses….

And yes, I hope Mr. Skeel gets tons in punitive damages. These bozos need a dose of humility and humanity: firing Mr. Skeel a few weeks before Christmas – nice, real nice.

How is it that the conduct of “all parties” has been offensive? You must be kidding. What exactly is it that Mr. Skeel or those that have been trying to help do the right thing did to offend you? There are times in life when you must stand up for what is right. Mr. Skeel did nothing wrong – except take on an infectious Board that appears to have issues that are all the makings of a 60 minutes special – - – Yet you are offended by “all parties”. I thought Mr. Skeel’s supporters and attorneys were and are very professional and 100% correct, and given the totality of the circumstances -extremely non-offensive. As it turns out, we all were duped by the Boards ploy to make us believe that they were acting in good faith. They thought we would all just go away – - It almost seems premeditated – Let’s make up some lame plan, make Skeel look like the bad guy (again), dump it on everyone during the holidays, then maybe just maybe it will all go away. Maybe they can find another one of the Boards “friends and family” to work as a “free” consultant in the postion an no one will know…..How stupid do they think we are???? Sorry If I offend you – but I’ve had it! Skeel didn’t desreve any of this – thank God he has good people helping and supporting him – even if they do offend you. FYI – If you really want to be offended – - you should take a look at the caliber of legal representation the Board has picked. How is this bozo supposed to go up against Skeel’s lawyer. Read the internet – do some research – Skeels’ lawyer, Ellen Arabian-Lee, represents/defends Wells Fargo Bank, and as a Plainittf’s lawyer has recently taken on companies as big as Bank of America in these types of matters – do you think we might be just a little outgunned? Come on! The Board is going to lose the lawsuit (and probably pay all the attorneys fees on both sides) – - as it should – -and then still have this comedy act of a Board – then still have to find Skeel’s replacement – - and heaven forbid if He/She questions the Human Rescource Director’s decisons or trys to actually do the job they are being payed $100k + to perform. Now – - that is offensive.

In all honesty, there is no way to put a good face on what has transpired. The entire series of events has been patently ridiculous, and the conduct of all parties has been offensive. Pick a GM, let that person lead, and stop micromanaging the district.
