Real life “Caddyshack?”
EDITOR:
I was walking our dog in Stephen Harris Park this morning and heard explosions. It turned out CSD staff were blowing up gophers and moles,just like Bill Murray did in the movie “Caddyshack.”
This park was a beautiful park until they removed two old oak trees not long ago, and now they’re blowing up subterranean animals. What next? Are they going to call in Dick Cheney to shoot the quail that live in the park shrubbery?
What boggles the mind is the fact that there is enough money for this ridiculous attack on a nice park, but not enough money for our schools and colleges.
