Thank you to my dog rescuers

EDITOR:
On Wednesday, Nov. 10, my dog Roxie escaped and ran up Green Valley Road from Allegheny/Silva Valley roads. Every car stopped and people tried to coax her into their cars, at least five people jumped out of their cars to try to catch her, and one guy ran down Green Valley after her (he must have been a track star in school). A Rottweiler (and his owner) even tried to corral her.

Roxie  finally stopped in front of a pickup where two guys grabbed her as she yelped her phony don’t touch me yelp. Traffic was stopped in each direction for what seemed like 10 minutes. I want to thank all of you so much for your actions. I’ve done this before when I see loose dogs and and I know good deeds always get paid forward.  Thank you again and God bless all of you caring individuals.
