EDITOR:
A heartfelt thank you to the El Dorado Hills Target store for their generosity to the Court Appointed Special Advocates program. My young person was the recipient of a $200 gift card. She was so appreciative and I had the privilege of watching her sunny countenance sparkle as we shopped throughout the store.
You brightened my day.
