Senior Nutrition lunches
Delicious and nutritious lunches are served weekdays at noon (check in at 11:30 a.m.) at the El Dorado Hills Senior Center, 990 Lassen Lane. For seniors 60 and older the suggested donation is $3, all others $5. This is a great place to have lunch, meet new people and visit with friends.

Senior Center orientation
Join us on Wednesday, Aug. 6, at 9:30 a.m. for our Senior Center orientation. If you are new to the area or have never been to the Senior Center, join us for an introductory talk and tour. We will even serve refreshments!

August movies
Our August Movies of the Month are: Monday, Aug. 4, “Parental Guidance,” and Monday, Aug. 18, “The Grand Budapest Hotel.” Join us after lunch at 1 p.m. for the movie and free popcorn! Reservations are not required.

August classes
Join us on Friday, Aug. 1, for a great Close Up/Macro Photograpy class. Since that is only two days away, you need to register ASAP! Call the CSD registration office at (916) 933-6624 to register by phone no later than 10 a.m. tomorrow.

Say Goodbye to Shoulder and Neck Tension — Learn massage techniques, pressure points and stretching that you can do at home. Friday, Aug. 8. Call the Senior Center to hold a spot at (916) 358-3575.

Watch your mailbox for the newest edition of the El Dorado Hills Community Services District’s Recreation Guide. You should receive it the week of Aug. 18. It is chock full of lots of programs that the Senior Center has scheduled between September and December. Join us — you are really missing out if you don’t!
