’13 the Musical’ opens at Sutter Street Theatre

“13 the Musical” is a show that deals with issues readily familiar to high school students. The show is a high-energy, hilarious production directed by Allen Schmeltz, musically directed by Sharon Welling and choreographed by Connie Mockenhaput. “13” teaches valuable lessons about growing pains and what exactly it means to be “cool.” Whether it be freaks, geeks or dealing with divorce, the show is relevant to high school students everywhere.

The show runs through May 1 at the theater, 717 Sutter St. in Folsom. Tickets are $17 general admission, $15 for seniors and SARTA members and $13 for children 12 and younger. Group rates and birthday party packages are also available. Make your reservations at SutterStreetTheatre.com.
