Animal House’s seventh annual juried fine art exhibition of animal-themed artworks — “It’s a ZOO out there!” — will take place Feb. 21 to March 10 at the  Sacramento Fine Arts Center.
The events is co-sponsored by Sacramento Fine Arts Center, Carmichael Recreation and Park District, Sacramento SPCA and Sacramento Audubon Society.
An Animal Rescue and Artists award reception will take place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Second Saturday, March 10. The reception will include painting demonstrations by artists and live music, food and refreshments.
The Sacramento Fine Arts Center is located at 5330B Gibbons Drive in Carmichael. Gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
