Chautauqua presents ‘golden’ play

Chautauqua Children’s Theatre will present “The Goose That Laid the Golden Egg” starring Don Myers, Linda Arnold, Michael Bianchi-Rossi, Linda Small and Richard Fehlman, beginning Jan. 21 and playing every Saturday through Feb. 11.

“The Goose That Laid the Golden Egg,” the fable of a fabulous goose, is adapted and directed by Marie Raymond, who has specialized in participatory children’s theater at Chautauqua since 1985.

Performances are at noon, and 2 p.m. and the Chautauqua Playhouse, 5325 Engle Road, Suite 110 in Carmichael. Reservations can be made by calling (916) 489-7529. All tickets are $7.
