Magic casts a scientific spell at the State Fair

SACRAMENTO — Did you know magic is coming to the State Fair? A special feature in the impressive line-up of new exhibits this year, Wizard’s Challenge (powered by SMUD) brings to life the magic of science in a fun and interactive way.

Wizard’s Challenge located in front of Building A/B in an air-conditioned tent. Magic of Science shows are held daily at noon, 2 and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and an additional show at 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Wizard’s Challenge boasts 21 interactive and science-based activities. This is a great educational exhibit that combines the fun of learning in an engaging environment. With such a broad spectrum of things to play with, you won’t want to miss out on the magic of science.
