Negro Village, Negro Bar, Negro Hill and Negro Bluff surrounded the vast 35,500 acre ranch along the American River Basin from the confluence of the American and Sacramento Rivers to just above the fork of the North and South forks of the American River.  Hopefully, our children will &quot;form a more perfect union&quot;  Today, authentic voices of people of African descent are discounted while the embrace of hatred speaks in the name of his-story.]]></description>
