Andrea Howard receives master’s degree

Andrea Howard recently graduated with honors and received her Master of Science Degree in Urban Land Development at California State University, Sacramento.

For the past two years she has worked full time at Parker Development Company while attending classes and serving on several professional, charitable and citizen’s advisory committees in El Dorado County. She was one of two students in her class acknowledged for maintaining a 3.857 grade point average.

Howard is a highly motivated individual and in the past 20 years has literally worked her way up the corporate ladder at Parker Development Company from receptionist to assistant property manager to assistant planner to today’s role as principal planner.
