Red Hawk Casino recently announced that General Manager Tracy Mimno has resigned to pursue other opportunities and Bryan DeLugo has been promoted to fill her position.

“Tracy has made many positive changes in her tenure as general manager, and she did so during an extremely difficult economic climate,” said Yolanda Tayaba, chair of the Shingle Springs Tribal Gaming Authority. “Red Hawk is a stronger operation because of Tracy’s efforts, and we thank her for her dedication and service.”

“I leave Red Hawk with the mixed emotion of looking forward to pursuing personal interests and missing the fulfillment and enjoyment associated with the strong performance Red Hawk experienced in 2011 and 2012,” Mimno said. “Red Hawk has a quality management team and wonderful team members throughout the entire casino, with this combination I anticipate continued strong performance and wish Red Hawk a successful future.”

DeLugo has been a member of the senior leadership team at Red Hawk Casino since 2010, most recently serving as vice president of Casino Operations. With more than 19 years of casino management experience, primarily in the Northern California market, DeLugo brings strong operational knowledge and expertise to his new position. Working with the other members of the senior leadership team, his focus will be to continue to build on the recent successes of Red Hawk Casino.

“I am very excited about the opportunity to build on Red Hawk’s success,” DeLugo said. “I am looking forward to leading the exceptional Red Hawk Team. I would like to thank the tribe for its support and confidence.”

“We are proud to recognize Bryan for his past accomplishments and look forward to his expanded leadership role. His prior experience as a key participant on our leadership team will ensure a smooth transition into his new role,” said Tayaba.
