Consider hosting an exchange student

Coordinators for Cultural Homestay International are currently seeking host families in the El Dorado Hills/Cameron Park area.

Cultural Homestay International is a non-profit educational program that brings students from all over the world to North American high schools and families. The program gives families the opportunity to share their way of life and values with a high school student from another country, while gaining an understanding and perspective of the foreign students culture.

By volunteering to open their homes and hearts to the world’s youth, host families make a difference not only in the lives of their students and ow families but also in the schools, communities and ultimately the world.

Currently CHI is looking for homes to host the foreign students for the 2012-13 academic school year.

For more information contact Lynn McCarty at (916) 933-8775.
