The following information was taken from El Dorado County sheriff’s reports:
Take a bow
May 2: A youth compound bow and arrows went missing from a Green Valley Road school.
Couldn’t get away
May 2: Two men, ages 22 and 29, were arrested after they reportedly tried to steal merchandise from a Green Valley Road store.
No juice
May 3: Someone stole the batteries from a travel trailer while it was parked in a storage area on Coach Lane.
Unpatriotic
May 4: An American Flag and a campaign sign were stolen from a Coach Lane shopping center.
Take a look
May 4: Deputies conducting a consensual search on La Crescenta Drive reportedly found a controlled substance on the 20-year-old suspect. He was arrested.
Busted
May 4: Someone broke a window on Royal Drive.
Swiping at snacks
May 5: An attempted burglary was reported at a Little League snack shack on Merrychase Drive.
Got it this time
May 6: The same Merrychase Drive snack shack was burglarized.
Converter theft
May 6: A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle parked on Knollwood Drive.
Mailboxes targeted
May 7: Two businesses’ mailboxes were vandalized on Merrychase Drive.
Meth problem
May 7: Deputies arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of drug possession after finding methamphetamine and paraphernalia where the suspect was staying on Cameron Park Drive.
Burgled
May 11: A burglary was reported on Los Santos Drive.
Vandals attack
May 11: Vandalism was reported on Hillcrest Drive.
Not helpful
May 11: A battery was reported on Merrychase Drive but the 18-year-old victim reportedly refused to give deputies any information.
More vandalism
May 12: Several vehicles parked at a La Crescenta Drive apartment complex were vandalized.
Suspended
May 13: A 27-year-old man received a citation after he was reportedly caught on Coach Lane driving without a license.
Gun found
May 13: A citizen turned in a handgun found in the middle of Palmer Drive. The owner of the weapon later reported it lost.
Break in
May 14: A Granada Court resident reported a home burglary after finding a window pried open and the tool possibly used inside the home.
Too much
May 14: A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication on Green Valley Road.
Vehicle burglarized
May 15: A vehicle break in was reported on Country Club Drive.
Not in public
May 16: A 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public
No bullies allowed
May 16: A 12-year-old female student reported being kicked and verbally harassed by a classmate.
Drunk caregiver
May 16: A report was received about a 35-year-old female caring for the elderly while allegedly intoxicated.
Night burglar
May 16: A car burglary was reported on Knollwood Court.
Car damage and burglary
May 17: A car burglary was reported on Cimmarron Road. The burglar forced the lock and the car was damaged.
Stealing tunes
May 17: A car burglary was reported on Cimmarron Road. The dash stereo was taken.
Another car targeted
May 17: A vehicle was burglarized on Cambridge Road.
Like bikes
May 17: Bicycles were reported missing from an open area on Cimmarron Road.
Lock your car
May 17: Property was removed from an unlocked car on Coach Lane.
Concealed dagger
May 17: A 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a concealed dirk.
Teenagers in apartment
May 18: A group of teenagers were spotted in a vacant apartment on La Crescenta Drive. Management requested to press charges if teenagers are located.
Drunken threats
May 19: A 46-year-old man was taken into custody for allegedly making criminal threats while intoxicated.
Lock your car again
May 19: Property was reported stolen from an unlocked car on Cambridge Road.
Noisy neighbors
May 22: A disturbance was reported between apartment tenants on Cimmarron Road.
Caught
May 23: A 48-year-old man was cited and released for reportedly driving with a suspended license.
In the way
May 23: An 18-year-old woman was arrested after she allegedly obstructed officers while they responded to a call on Cimmarron Court.
Young offender
May 24: A 13-year-old boy was arrested after he allegedly beat up a 14-year-old boy on Green Valley Road.
Vandals are busy
May 24: An Orinda Circle resident reported vandalism.
Gotcha
May 24: Deputies arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of burglary on Coach Lane.
Running
May 25: An allegedly intoxicated 21-year-old man went to jail after deputies reportedly caught him running in the street and creating a traffic hazard around Coach Lane.
Book burning
May 25: A book was lit on fire at Blue Oak Elementary on Merrychase Drive.
Not 4 free
May 27: A 41-year-old woman was arrested after she allegedly tried to steal times at Food 4 Less on Coach Lane.
Items stolen
May 29: Two residential burglaries were reported on Palmer Drive. Another was reported the same day on Cambridge Road.
Violation
May 30: A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of a parole violation on Coach Lane.
