Crime Watch: Aug. 2-7

The following information was taken from El Dorado County sheriff’s reports:

Manual missing
Aug. 2: A Concordia Drive resident awoke to the sound of his vehicle’s alarm and discovered a thief had ransacked the car and stole the owner’s manual.

Vandals back
Aug. 2: Vandalism was reported on Park Drive.

Open door
Aug. 2: Burglars stole items from an unsecured King George Drive residence.

Weapon on wheels
Aug. 2: Deputies responded to a call alleging assault using a vehicle on Villagio Drive but involved parties did not request prosecution.

Converter gone
Aug. 2: Someone stole a catalytic converter from a vehicle parked on Bailey Circle.

Burgled
Aug. 2: A residential burglary was reported on Rocky Springs Road.

Wanderer
Aug. 2: A Kilt Circle resident reported seeing a suspicious person on his property and worried the man was casing his home.

Thief found
Aug. 3: A Marble Ridge Road resident reported that someone burglarized his home days earlier. Placer County deputies located a suspect and the stolen property.

Truck targeted
Aug. 3: Thieves broke into a pick up parted at a Wilson Boulevard apartment complex.

Exposed
Aug. 3: A 46-year old man allegedly exposed his genitals to a female therapist at a Post Street office. The therapist filed a report for informational purposes but did not request prosecution.

Open door
Aug. 5: Thieves went through an unlocked vehicle parked on Beatty Drive and stole several small items.

Vandals on Vine
Aug. 5: Vandalism was reported on Vine Street.

Missing mail
Aug. 5: Someone stole a packages delivered to a Fairchild Court home.

Another vehicle break in
Aug. 5: A thief took items left in a possibly unlocked vehicle parked on Hills Court.

More vandalism
Aug. 5: Vandalism was reported Francisco Drive.

Too much
Aug. 5: A 58-year-old man was taken to the hospital after deputies reportedly determined the man found on Olson Lane was too intoxicated to care for himself.

Burglars back
Aug. 6: Someone broke into a vehicle parked on Salmon Falls Road.

Dinner dash
Aug. 7: Two unidentified men with four sandwiches left a Francisco Drive grocery store without paying. They fled in a blue Toyota.

Laptop gone
Aug. 7: A thief stole a laptop left in an unlocked vehicle parked on Ventura Way.

Another converter gone
Aug. 7: A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle parked on Rolleston Place.
