EDH Crime Watch: Aug. 30 – Sept. 11

The following information was taken from El Dorado County sheriff’s reports: 

Clothes on the go
Aug. 30: Someone stole clothes from a Murcia Way garage.

Directionless driver
Aug. 31: Deputies pulled over and arrested an 18-year-old driver on El Dorado Hills Boulevard after observing the man driving in a reckless manner.

Didn’t get away
Aug. 31: Three people allegedly tried to evade authorities and led deputies on a car chase before crashing their vehicle. A 20-year-old man, a 28-year-old woman and a 32-year-old man were arrested on Sept. 6 on suspicion of various drug charges and outstanding warrants.

Stolen
Aug. 31: A petty theft was reported on Scenic Drive.

Break in
Sept. 2: A Wilson Boulevard resident reported that someone broke into his pickup during the night.

Garage mayhem
Sept. 2: Vandals entered a Morningview Way garage while the victim was home, vandalized her car and stole an item from the vehicle. The victim also reported receiving harassing calls from an unknown person.

Warning
Sept. 3: An 18-year-old man with a knife reportedly walked into a Francisco Drive store and told employees he wanted to hurt someone. The women called 911 and the suspect was arrested.

Oh, these?
Sept. 6: A woman was spotted leaving a Park Drive grocery store without paying for items in her basket. When confronted by loss prevention staff the women gave back the items and left the area.

While at work
Sept. 9: Someone vandalized and broke into a vehicle parked on Mercedes Lane.

Vandals strike
Sept. 11: Vandalism was reported on Alan Lindsay Park Drive.

Where’s my …?
Sept. 11: A Samuel Way resident reported that someone stole items during her move.
