EDH Crime Watch: Aug. 8-12

The following information was taken from El Dorado County sheriff’s reports:

Big haul
Aug. 8: Thieves stole two vehicles and two trailers, as well as other items, from an El Dorado Hills Boulevard property.

Open door
Aug. 8: A thief entered an unlocked vehicle parked on Bairdsley Place and stole items.

Double trouble
Aug. 8: Deputies arrested two 21-year-old men on suspicion of public intoxication on Town Center Boulevard.

Vehicles targeted
Aug. 9: Suspects vandalized one vehicle and burglarized another parked on Sophia Parkway.

Off to jail
Aug. 9: Deputies approached a man soliciting money on Town Center Boulevard and found the 63-year-old had outstanding warrants. The suspect was arrested.

Runner
Aug. 9: A 22-year-old man reportedly tried to run from deputies on Lassen Lane. The suspect was arrested on felony and misdemeanor warrants.

Break-ins
Aug. 11: Two burglaries were reported on Valley View Parkway.

Smash and grab
Aug. 12: A thief busted a vehicle’s window and stole items on Salmon Falls Road.

More theft
Aug. 12: Grand theft was reported on Valley View Parkway.

Grab and go
Aug. 12: A 23-year-old woman was cited after she allegedly took items from a Post Street business without paying.
