EDH Crime Watch: Dec. 19-26

The following information was taken from El Dorado County sheriff’s reports:

Unauthorized user
Dec. 19: A thief broke into a vehicle parked on Silva Valley Parkway and later used the victim’s stolen credit card.

Unruly shopper
Dec. 20: A female Target employee reported being accosted by a male customer.

Clubs swiped
Dec. 21: A Thief entered an open Crown Drive garage and stole golf clubs and other items.

Smashed
Dec. 21: Someone destroyed two large flowerpots on Crest Mar Circle.

Tee’d off
Dec. 21: A burglary victim reported $4,000 golf clubs stolen from his vehicle parked on Valley View Parkway.

Employee of the Month
Dec. 22: A Town Center business’ employee was reportedly caught on camera stealing electronics during non-business hours.

Busted
Dec. 22: Someone broke the back window of a vehicle parked on Pendleton Drive.

Failed flee attempt
Dec. 22: Deputies arrested a 17-year-old girl on Sophia Parkway after she allegedly tried to evade officers who tried to make a traffic stop.

Cleaned out
Dec. 24: A woman reported that someone stole more than $300,000 worth of items stored in a Hillsdale Circle rented storage space. She provided some possible suspect information.

Caught in the act
Dec. 24: A Post Street business’ loss prevention staff detained a 37-year-old man outside the store. The suspect reportedly stole items from two local businesses and was arrested.

Christmas blues
Dec. 25: A Montrose Way resident reported that someone stole a tablet computer, possibly during a holiday party.

Vandals strike
Dec. 26: Vandalism was reported on Brentford Way and Sutter Creek Drive.

Open door
Dec. 26: A thief stole items from an unlocked vehicle parked on Stonebriar Drive.
