EDH Crime Watch: Feb. 27 through March 5

The following information was taken from El Dorado County sheriff’s reports:

Busted
Feb. 27: Deputies arrested a 25-year-old man on suspicion of drug possession after they reportedly found the man, who was on searchable probation, with a usable amount of methamphetamine and 29 methadone pills on Devon Way.

Smash and grab
Feb. 28: Someone smashed a vehicle’s window on Silva Valley Parkway and stole items left inside.

The other side of the fence
March 3: A property line dispute resulted in possible vandalism.

No dumping
March 3: Illegal dumping was reported on Valley View Parkway.

Trouble at school
March 4: A juvenile was cited for bringing a knife onto a Harvard Way school campus.

High crime
March 4: Deputies cited and released a 19-year-old man reportedly found with more than 28.5 grams of marijuana on Harvard Way.

Stolen
March 4: A petty theft was reported on Concordia Drive.

Grab and shop
March 4: A thief broke a vehicle’s window on Sophia Parkway, stole several items and later used the victim’s credit card.

Helpful hint
March 4: Deputies, acting on a tip that someone was using narcotics on Saratoga Way, arrested a 32-year-old man on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Too much, too young
March 5: A juvenile found on Francisco Drive was cited for alleged public intoxication.
