EDH Crime Watch: Feb. 7-12

The following information was taken from El Dorado County sheriff’s reports:

Smash and grab
Feb. 7: A Thief busted out a vehicle’s window on Gillett Drive and stole  purse.

Gate crasher
Feb. 8: Vandals damages a security gate on Powers Drive.

Getaway car
Feb. 9: Burglars broke into a Walton Place resident, stole several items and left in the homeowners’ vehicle that was parked in the garage.

Busted
Feb. 10: Deputies issued a citation to a 19-year-old woman reportedly found in possession of concentrated cannabis on Beatty Court.

Hanging out
Feb. 10: A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drug-related charges after deputies reportedly found the suspect and two other men loitering in a vehicle near a Valley View Parkway apartment complex.

Lose something?
Feb. 10: Someone turned over a set of keys found on Woedee Drive.

Stolen
Feb. 11: A petty theft was reported on Amer Way.

No ID
Feb. 12: Deputies arrested a 23-year-old woman on Latrobe Road after she reportedly failed to provide identification. Deputies learned the woman had a suspended license and provided false information.

Drug bust
Feb. 12: A 26-year-old man went to jail after deputies reportedly found him in possession of heroin in Town Center. The suspect also allegedly gave deputies a false name.
