EDH Crime Watch: June 27 through July 3

The following information was taken from El Dorado County sheriff’s reports:

Vandals strike
June 27: Vandalism was reported on Bridlewood Drive.

Unusual find
June 27: A detonation cord was found in the Stephen Harris Park parking lot on Tam O Shanter Drive.

Caught
June 28: A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of stealing alcohol from a Francisco Drive grocery store.

Fire hazard
June 29: A 20-year-old man was arrested after deputies found the suspect and another man trespassing on Beatty Drive property. The suspect was allegedly smoking on a dry grass hillside.

Un-neighborly
June 30: A King Edward Drive resident reported that a neighbor made a racist comment loud enough for others to hear it.

Turned in or left behind?
July 1: A small amount if marijuana was found outside the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Department substation in Town Center.

Too hot for Fido
July 2: A man received a citation after he left his dog in a hot vehicle parked on Vine Street.

Mailbox mischief
July 3: Someone vandalized a mailbox on King Richard Drive.

Found
July 3: A debit card found in Town Center was turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.
