EDH Crime Watch: May 23-29

The following information was taken from El Dorado County sheriff’s reports:

Grab and go
May 23: Someone broke into an Outrigger Drive home and stole multiple appliances.

Unwelcome surprise
May 24: Vandals damaged the front door of the California Welcome Center on Vine Street.

May 24: A Concordia Drive resident discovered an unidentified man in the house. The suspect fled.

Slow down
May 24: Deputies cited a 22-year-old man allegedly speeding on Francisco Drive. The suspect also reportedly had marijuana.

Making a point
May 25: An unidentified man reportedly threatened a 17-year-old boy with a knife. The suspect fled before deputies arrived.

Break in
May 25: Someone burglarized a Francisco Drive business.

Open door
May 25: A thief stole a wallet left in an unlocked vehicle parked on Concordia Drive.

May 25: An iPhone was reported stolen on Crestline Drive.

May 26: Two me reportedly got into a fight on Calgary Court. One man’s eye was injured.

May 26: A man reportedly stole a cell phone on Daunting Drive after the victim could not pay money owed to the suspect.

May 26: Deputies responding to a prowler call on Langdon Court had to arrest a 47-year-old man by force after he allegedly became uncooperative during the investigation.

Open house
May 26: A thief stole jewelry during an open house on Stage Stop Court.

Swinging away
May 26: A 36-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly attacked several men in front of a Francisco Drive business.

Fruit attack
May 27: Someone threw a watermelon at a vehicle parked on Platt Circle, breaking off a mirror.

Too much
May 27: A 40-year-old man was arrested on Francisco Drive on suspicion of public intoxication.

Way too much
May 28: A 23-year-old man was arrested on Birmingham Court on suspicion of public intoxication.

Trying to get it
May 28: An attempted burglary was reported on Torrazzo Way.

Car targeted
May 29: A vehicle break in was reported on Valley View Parkway.

Spitting mad
May 29: An unidentified man reportedly spit in another man’s face during an argument in Town Center.
