EDH Crime Watch: Oct. 3-10
The following information was taken from El Dorado County sheriff’s reports:
Walk-in theft
Oct 3: Four burglary suspects reportedly stole about $500 from the CVS/Pharmacy on Latrobe Road.
Bad iDea
Oct. 5: A 14-year-old girl and a 12-year-old girl received citations after the allegedly stole two iPhones from classmates at a Silva Valley Parkway middle school.
Making threats
Oct. 6: A 40-year-old man reported that someone threatened to shoot him during a verbal altercation in El Dorado Hills Town Center.
That’s a fake
Oct. 6: Deputies arrested a 29-year-old man who allegedly tried to use a counterfeit $100 bill at a Vine Street business.
Just chillin’
Oct. 7: Two unknown men allegedly stole a Hillsdale Circle business’ water chiller.
Didn’t run far enough
Oct. 7: Deputies arrested a runaway 17-year-old boy on suspicion of vandalism on White Rock Road.
Just browsing
Oct. 8: An 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl were reportedly spotted taking items from unlocked vehicles parked in El Dorado Hills Town Center. When approached the two allegedly fled but were later apprehended.
Hardly a master
Oct. 8: A thief tried to break into a Da Vinci Drive home but was unsuccessful.
Shouldn’t have said that
Oct. 9: Deputies arrested a 49-year-old man on Carmen Road after he allegedly threatened to kill a man with whom he was arguing.
Where’s my wheel?
Oct. 10: Thieves took a wheel from a vehicle parked overnight on Campbell Ranch Road.
