GREEN VALLEY RANCH ENTRANCE - Deputy DOT Director Matt Smeltzer surveys the intersection of Green Valley and Deer Valley Roads, at the entrance to Green Valley Ranch, trying to confirm there'€™s enough room on the shoulder to squeeze in temporary turn lanes.
