The El Dorado Hills Community Services District chief bean-counter Sherry Shannon brings us the follow good news: El Dorado County officials are now projecting that overall property tax revenues for El Dorado Hills will decrease 1 percent for the 2011-12 fiscal year, which ends on June 30. Prior estimates were a 4 to 5 percent decrease. Whoo hoo!
