All because they are broke and have serious legal issues. I called and asked how and why my name and address was give to the solicitation for both hospitals ?

Answer was former patients with money ? we ask for donations ? They knew my last name was affiliated with a major mega millions dollar foundation, shame on them. My insurance was charged over $300,000.00 in two visits to 2 of their hospitals the two stays were one was 3 days the other one day, nothing done accept observations and monitoring my heart. NO surgeries or major tests other than blood and one CT scan all for $ 300,000.00 ? fraud my insurance paid a total of 4,000.00 and some change. They indeed have defrauded many people and i will never go to French Hospital or Arroyo Grande ever again. Both have serious issues with fraud and malpractice and the fact they say they are a ” Not for Profit” is a lie and IRS scam.

They currently have numerous judgments owing over $ 200,000,000.00 Million in settlements to pay with more coming. DO NOT trust or donate any monies to there ongoing fraud and scams. French Hospital of San Luis Obispo, CA continue to be under a cloud of wrong doing and found by Investigators to giving substandard care, fraud and false billings and failing to treat patients.
