EDH burglary suspects caught

A Sacramento man and two teenage boys were recently arrested for their alleged roles in an El Dorado Hills burglary.

El Dorado County Sheriff’s deputies were called to El Dorado Hills’ Bridlewood subdivision at around 4:40 p.m. on Jan. 11 after residents reported seeing several suspicious subject jumping over neighborhood fences.

Residents, according to Sheriff’s Lt. Bryan Golmitz, saw three black males dressed in dark clothing and gloves roaming the area. When approached, the three subjects reportedly fled.

Deputies, with the help of the CHP H24 helicopter, searched the area for the three subjects, who were quickly located.

An initial investigation led deputies to suspect the three men had burglarized a residence in the Bridlewood subdivision.

Two of the subjects, a 15 and 13-year-old from the greater Sacramento area, were booked into juvenile hall.

Tepelo Conner, 20, of Sacramento, was booked into the Placerville jail on charges including first-degree burglary and criminal conspiracy.

As of press time, Conner remained in custody in lieu of $302,418, according to jail records.
