California employers must post all 17 required state and federal employment notices. The El Dorado Hills Chamber has businesses covered with the required set of materials that includes the new NLRA poster.
Whether they have one employee or 1,000, California businesses are required to post employment notices in a central location and provide certain pamphlets. The poster also must include information about workers’ compensation benefits, payday schedule and emergency contacts.
Employers may need to order several to ensure that their business, branches and satellite offices are displaying the poster according to the law. If any of the company’s workers are Spanish-speaking, owners will need to order the Spanish version.
Keeping your business compliant with the 2012 California and Federal Employment Notices regulations couldn’t be easier. Failure to comply can result in severe penalties and fines by the state of California.
Make compliance easy; preorder your posters now. The posting deadline for the NLRA notice is Jan. 31.
