Harry Norris raises costs to those of us that conserve and spins the results. What a huge mistake it was that he was elected! The next move after “fixed” fees are raised to is keep that rate and raise the usage rate. EID should have been audited by Huber , our rep., but declined. I hope voters remember that everytime they pay their EID bill
