I am working on a flood preparedness documentary with the non-profit group Water Education Foundation.
I would like to use this image for an animated open. The image would appear for 1 second.

Can you tell me if I can get this image at the size below or larger?

I need it as 1920 x 1080 pixels at 72 ppi.
