LP Capital Advisors moves into Town Center

El Dorado Hills Town Center East Owners Association is proud to welcome LP Capital Advisors as the newest office tenant in Town Center.

In October LP Capital Advisors (lpcapitaladvisors.com) finalized its move into the penthouse, in the third floor of the New Orleans building with sweeping views of El Dorado Hills from open balconies. This new tenancy is the one of the largest leases acquired to date by El Dorado Hills Town Center East LP, owned by Mansour Nagle Properties; with 10,412 square feet accommodating approximately 40 full-time employees.

LP Capital Advisors is an independent provider of high-quality and cost-effective professional services to institutions investing in the alternative asset class. The company offers two types of financial services, client and advisory and investment operations, and reporting services.   Town Center has always sought to be more than just a shopping, dining and entertainment destination. The center provides a sense of community to complement the local amenities and job centers in thearea.

According to Town Center CEO and Founder Tony Mansour, “El Dorado Hills Town Center provides a unique working environment.  We are seeing more traffic and more interest.  Retailers, restaurants, business owners want to be here, which speaks volumes about what we have to offer.”

In the first quarter of 2012 Town Center experienced its strongest growth in two years.
