Jessica Pegadiotes entered adulthood March 12 but missed out on the child-like joy one gets when they see a personalized message painted “The Rock”
Someone painted over friend Carly’s “Happy 18th Pegster!” masterpiece before the birthday girl got a glimpse of it.
