Jennifer Mill, El Dorado Hills "I'm very satisfied. I walk my dog — always on leash — in the park every day, and can't wait for the dog park to get built. I see the parks guys running around keeping everything up. It's very nice having something like this in the neighborhood."

Danielle Dalton, El Dorado Hills "We love coming to the park. It's safe for the boys. This area's fenced off so I can just let them loose and not worry about them running off. There's a lot of free family fun here. Ryder loves the concerts, just ask him."

Kathy Pearly, El Dorado Hills "My kids grew up in these programs and now my grandkids use them. They love the spray area in the park on Sophia (Promontory Park). All the parks are great for kids. Me, I love the concerts."

Meg Young, Shingle Springs "My parents live in El Dorado Hills and I bring my kids down here pretty often. The parks are always clean and well maintained. We could go to Cameron Park, but this is nicer. My older daughter plays basketball here and loves it. We pay the nonresident fee and it's worth every penny."
