Shirley Jensen, El Dorado Hills "I've retired after 27 years at Oak Ridge. Back then the biggest problem we had was cows getting onto the football field. After today Beth here will have my job. Iâm heading to South Dakota to visit my oldest son. Iâll also make it to Michigan where Iâve got another son. Yes, I remember the B-52s overhead. I loved them."

Glen Swedelson, Cameron Park "We're hitting the road … renting a motor home and taking the family up the coast to the redwoods. I've also got a high school reunion in Orange County. The rest of the time I'm going to teach myself to play the piano. I've played a lot of rock music in bands over the years, so my ear is pretty good."

Kathy Botkin, El Dorado Hills "I'm here all summer … sigh. But we'll take a vacation to Mammoth. And my daughter's having a baby, so I get to play grandma … again."

Eric Cavaliere, Rescue "I'll be coaching football here most of the summer. We're planning a family vacation to Washington, D.C., to see all the history stuff. Up until now it's always been Disney this and theme park that, but now they're old enough."
