Gina Parker, Camino “We’re a running family. My husband and I are training for a half marathon in April, and are training here at the Sports Club. Our daughter Kerri is running the Boston Marathon the next day.”

Jayne Anderson, El Dorado Hills “I’€™m going to get into the best shape of my life. I’€™m doing cardio and weights. I’€™m working out five times a week, and haven’€™t missed a day this year.”

Max Braddock, El Dorado Hills “€œI’€™m getting in shape for J.V. football at Oak Ridge. I need to beef up to play defensive end.”

Nathan Whitfield, El Dorado Hills “€œI want to get bigger, faster and stronger for football. I want to be able to break tackles, outrun defenders and jump over them.”
