Bob Peterson, Folsom: “I learned to dance in Miss Purdue’s high school gym class. It was a long time ago in Minnesota. We did the waltz and the fox trot.”

Justin Carrillo, Roseville: “We started with slow dancing in middle school then graduated to dances like the Running Man. That was hot. Now my kids dance to Dub Step, whatever that is.”
