O.C. Ninan, El Dorado Hills: “I liked it because it’s a planned community with good recreation opportunities and great schools. My daughter is at Oak Ridge.”

Gina Johnston, El Dorado Hills: “It was between this and Granite Bay. El Dorado Hills has more of a small community feel. At heart I’m a small town girl.”
Glen Krakow, El Dorado Hills: “It was all about the schools. I got transferred to Rancho from San Diego and we looked up the school scores. I started my own business nine years ago and love it here.”
