Gabby Zeagler, 16, El Dorado Hills: “I love art and kids. Putting the two together at White Rock Village and New Morning is awesome. These kids don’t get to experience art the way we do.”

Madison Hames, 16, El Dorado Hills: “I want to show the kids at White Rock and New Morning that they can express themselves in different ways. Giving them that gift makes me feel good.”

Kelsey Nager, 17, El Dorado Hills: “I work on sex trafficking prevention. I do it for the people who can’t speak for themselves, the girls locked in motel rooms, being forced to do unspeakable things right now while we’re here dressed up and celebrating. It’s going on in Sacramento and we’ve had it right here in El Dorado Hills.”

Nathan Somavarapu, 17, El Dorado Hills: “I’m on the El Dorado County Youth Commission. My goal is to make sure the county supervisors are aware of education issues.”

Corbin Gomez, 17, El Dorado Hills: “I’m here because I love being a part of this new revolution of teens taking charge and making things happen for the better. We can make a difference.”
