A half acre average parcel size is not high density. Of course, this is about the same sized lots as Sterlingshire which is opposed to the development. Perhaps those residents should pay for their own traffic light.

This article does not portray what the residents in this area think. I love the quote “He did the best he could with a high-density project”. This should NOT have been a high density project. The accidents in this area have been horrific! Every weekend, there have been accidents on Green Valley Road. We do NOT need any more traffic in this area.

What is Rich Stewart’s(the new planning commssioners) input. That is who should have been interviewed. He has lived in this area and knows the details of the traffic. His neighbor, Robert Webb, was almost killed in an accident on Salmon Falls and Village Cntr. This is what will happen with the narrow roads, high speed limits and increased traffic!
