All this to protect a corrupt HR rep. The lies will all come out in the lawsuits and grand jury inquiries. Sad sad day for El Dorado Hills. John Skeel was a good ethical man. Well at least he’s still honest and soon to be rich.

The BOD said that they had just met James McMurchie at a seminar a couple of months ago. The board was lying to everyone in the conference room.
When your” hired gun” showed up and unknowingly spewed the facts and contradicted your statements by confirming that he and Wayne go back 20 years, and that he and Noelle have worked together on Boards in the past is not good. I think it is time you start growing some scruples, get a back bone, and show your children (If you have any?) that you are a person of integrity, and honesty. And honest people take honorable action!

I did not see James Carney on the agenda for the closed session! I don’t believe reorganization has anything to do with a General Manager Personnel Agenda item? I think it is another case of an arrogant Board of Directors to not following the law and doing public business behind closed doors again. Are you going to get rid of the “problem employees” by hiding behind your consultant? I think this would be blatant retaliation of employees.

Wayne Lowery as the next Board President is a travesty. The same Board of Directors that fired Wayne will be responsible for making him the next president? I guess that is what you get if you go along with the program huh Wayne?
Lastly, John Skeel is a good person, works hard, has incredible ethics and is a leader. Remediation infers that John Skeel has engaged in something that was wrong, or unethical. He did nothing wrong. You, (The BOD.) your Attorney’s and Human Resources Manager have.
