El Dorado Hills neighborhoods will hear that familiar “Ho, Ho, Ho” during the El Dorado Hills Fire Department’s 50th annual Santa Run, Dec. 17-21.

For four nights, Santa will ride atop a fire engine through El Dorado Hills neighborhoods. See schedule and route map at edhsantaparade.comDuring the nightly parade, elves will collect canned food for the Food Bank of El Dorado County and new, unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots while Santa and Mrs. Claus greet everyone.

“I love meeting all the good boys and girls in El Dorado Hills,” Santa said with a jolly laugh. “For those on my ‘naughty list,’ you still have time to make nice. A new toy or canned food donation during the Santa Run might undo that mischief you got yourself into earlier this year!”

On Saturday, Dec. 21, St. Nick, his lovely wife and cheery elves cap off their journey with a grand finale at El Dorado Hills Town Center, complete with fireworks, at 6 p.m. Fire Auxiliary members will serve free cookies and hot cocoa before the fireworks show.
