Show your stuff at the Iron Hills Youth Triathlon

YOUNG TRIATHLETES and their fans have a lot of fun at the El Dorado Hills Community Services District's Iron Hills Youth Triathlon. Courtesy photo

The El Dorado Hills Community Services District will host the 10^th annual Iron Hills Youth Triathlon on Saturday, Aug. 20, and the community pool.

This competition offers athletes the opportunity to cross between the sports of swimming, biking and running.

All racers will receive a ribbon, T-shirt and race bag. Trophies will be given to top three male and female finishers from the following age groups: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15.  All 6 & younger racers will receive a gold medal. Fee is $50.

The Race Director is Dr. Todd Drybread with Capitol Adventure Racing.

Check in starts at 7:30 a.m. and the race starts promptly and 8:30. Racers can pre-register by contacting the CSD registration office at (916) 933-6624 or online at edhcsd.org.
