Sienna Ridge Road work continues

By From page A1 | November 27, 2013

Construction continues on the realignment of Sienna Ridge Road and at the intersection of Bass Lake Road and Serrano Parkway.

“The Sienna Ridge roadway project is on track to finish up by the end of the year, provided the weather cooperates with us,” said Parker Development Principal Planner, Andrea Howard. “We are scheduled to pave (this) week, and will complete the signals, slurry seal and striping in the three weeks following.”

The county has already approved plans for residential lots at Villages J5 and J6 and construction may start as early as 2014, though Parker Development’s Director of Government Relations Kirk Bone said no builders have been chosen. The future development will have upwards of 100 homes and a portion of those may back up to Bridlewood Canyon.
