Are they going to wait for the impending multi-million dollar law suit pending to be filed by Skeel. If I were Skeel I would not mediate because he has a clear-cut case that the CSD CANNOT defend. This means a potential $20 million lawsuit to the EDH CSD. That also means cuts in services to all the EDH families. I guess that means no summertime concerts, kids programs, Sr. programs, sports programs…etc…

Heck the insurance deductible on a $20 million lawsuit will bankrupt the CSD.

I guess the brilliant CSD board didn’t think this one through.by the way, ending up in a lawsuit over Skeel was a complete failure of the CSD board.

This Board is simply a failure and has got to go…

The residents of our community deserve far better representation than what we have had to put up with for the last 3 years. Not only has this Board wasted our tax dollars, they have apparently manipulated and lied to us to serve their own personal egos and agendas. I am disgusted by this Board, and can only hope that this mess gets settled without any more of their incompitent actions.
I call on all residents to demand that this Board step aside immediatley and make room for a Board who cares about this community.
