Rotary Club of El Dorado Hills President Jeff England joins Rescue Superintendent David Swart, Lake Forest Elementary teacher Lynn Howard, proud parents Don and Kathy Backlund, Lake Forest Principal Bruce Peters and little sister Katie, 9, in celebrating Rotary Student of the Month Anne Backlund.
Howard said her fifth-grader has a great work ethic and shows strong leadership. “I’m happy that I’ve had the good fortune to connect my life with (Annie’s) and her family,” Howard shared.
